UX DESIGNER (B2B)

YOUR ROLE

You will enjoy being the real UX Designer. Working with stakeholders and decision-makers directly. Making decisions based on research, journeys, personas and impact maps. Be responsible for implementing HCD principles in every project big or small. Work with modern software tools for design and collaboration. You will be the prophet of transformation towards the digital future. Your work will have a global impact - Europe, Asia, the Americas - those are the places, your clients and colleagues live at. Help them by creating usable interfaces, naturally enticing flows, alluring frontends and soothingly comfortable backends.

YOUR TEAM

You will not be alone. You will share ideas and grow together with other UX/UI Designers, content manager, product owners and other professionals. You will also develop great relationships with outsourced and in-house software engineers. We take cooperation and team spirit very seriously. Everyone is involved, encouraged to express opinions and be the co-author of our solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design an excellent, optimized and the most usable digital front-ends to fulfil the goals of the Digital Innovation Program.

Do research, develop user insights, create personas, empathy maps, customer journeys, …

Define value proposition and impact maps together with Product Owner

Create and test prototypes in collaboration with the Product Owner and project team

Develop UI mockups, prototypes, storyboards, process flows and sitemaps that clearly illustrate designed solutions to internal teams and key stakeholders.

Be imaginative, opened, empathic and use your skills for the good of customers and colleagues alike.



    Job requirements

    TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE YOU SHOULD HAVE

    Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role

    Portfolio of projects in PDF or a website about yourself to illustrate your approach

    Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

    Good time-management skills, reliable delivery

    Experience in a multicultural/multilingual environment is good. In our team, we speak various languages and are representing various cultures.

    Be a self-starter with high levels of energy. Your team will need you to make them long for the sea.

    Hands-on, willing to roll up sleeves and to engage at the front line on a regular basis.

    Ready for up to 20% global travel, to engage with external vendors and internal teams. Although this was changed by Covid-19 a lot. You get the picture.

      • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
      • Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills. Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams.
      • A team player, willing to get involved in broader project issues, with a key focus on solving user needs.
      • Well-developed vendor coordination skills.
      • Must be a self -starter with high levels of energy.
