About the role

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in crafting unforgettable journeys by handling quotations and bookings for our diverse range of products and packages. Working closely with our sales consultants, you'll ensure seamless coordination behind the scenes, leaving our clients with nothing but remarkable memories. Your responsibilities will include sourcing the best services from a variety of suppliers, utilizing both online platforms and direct channels. As a key support figure for our Sales team, you'll also engage with local suppliers and tour leaders when needed, ensuring every detail is perfect.

Key Activities/ Objectives of this Role:


  • Generate quotations and itineraries within specified deadlines
  • Prepare tailor-made itineraries and calculations based on the indications from sales team
  • Coordinate client bookings and reservations for successful trip delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of product quality
  • Prepare accurate travel documents and liaise with suppliers.
  • Research new services and suppliers to enhance Japanspecialist portfolio
  • Handle on-tour emergencies in coordination with the sales team.

Product Planning and Development:

  • Develop new products and review existing ones in collaboration with sales and ops teams.
  • Update quotation and itinerary templates.
  • Participate in travel fairs and workshops to expand destination knowledge.
  • Join Fam trips to gain insights and share with colleagues.
  • Collaborate with sales team to understand local product specifics.
  • Proactively seek learning opportunities to improve product knowledge.

Job Requirements

To Succeed in the Role, You Should Have:

  • Destination knowledge of Japan
  • Experience in quotation, booking and itinerary building
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in the local language and English. Japanese and additional languages are advantage
  • Experience and understanding of invoicing and back-office procedures
