Key Activities
Sales and Client Engagement:
Serve as a trusted advisor, offering personalized travel consultations via phone, email, and in person.
Craft bespoke itineraries tailored to individual travel preferences.
Maintain a high conversion rate of leads to bookings, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with our sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Ensure accurate documentation and seamless processes for internal reporting.
Provide timely follow-up and support to clients, from initial inquiry to post-trip feedback.
Handle invoicing and monitor payments with precision and professionalism.
Planning and Development:
Partner with marketing for travel fairs and promotional events.
Actively participate in travel fairs, events, and local initiatives.
Offer insights and assistance in creating package tours for our operations team.
Continuously expand your destination knowledge through self-learning and participation in workshops.
Job Requirements
To Succeed in the Role, You Should Have:
Native in Hungarian and fluency in English is a must.
Knowledge of Japan as destination, with familiarity in other Asian destinations preferred.
Previous customer service and/or sales experience in the travel industry is preferred.
Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with GDS systems (Amadeus) is a plus.
Demonstrated understanding of invoicing processes.
