As a Tour Reservations Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, coordinating land services for groups travelling in France. You’ll make sure every itinerary runs smoothly, from the first booking to the final departure.

The positon will be based in Saint Ouen (Paris area)

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange reservations primarily with ground service suppliers (museums, national monuments, transportation companies, guides, restaurants, and other travel-related service providers)

• Coordinate and operate tours across France for mostly Japanese clientele

• Prepare, confirm, and follow up on bookings with all categories of ground service suppliers

• Organize special arrangements for a wide range of tours, including series and themed tours

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with suppliers

• Manage last-minute changes, urgent requests, and emergency situations while groups are travelling

Who You Are

• Previous experience in tourism, travel operations, or reservations is an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates are welcome

• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)

• Fast learner with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit
