Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Seamless Logistics: Manage daily schedules, coordinate transportation.

• Provide Outstanding Service: Adapt to the diverse needs of travellers, resolving challenges with professionalism and care.

• Prioritize Safety and Well-being: Monitor group safety and implement first-aid measures if necessary.

• Be the Cultural Liaison: Foster an authentic connection to Japan by bridging cultural gaps and answering travellers’ questions.

Skills and Requirements
