Key Responsibilities 

• Lead Enriching Tours: Guide small group tours, delivering engaging stories and insights about Japan’s culture, history, and modern life.

• Ensure Seamless Logistics: Manage daily schedules, coordinate transportation.

• Provide Outstanding Service: Adapt to the diverse needs of travellers, resolving challenges with professionalism and care.

• Prioritize Safety and Well-being: Monitor group safety and implement first-aid measures if necessary.

• Be the Cultural Liaison: Foster an authentic connection to Japan by bridging cultural gaps and answering travellers’ questions.

Skills and Requirements 

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in German and Japanese is required; English proficiency is a strong advantage.

• Cultural Expertise: A solid background in Japanese culture, history, and current affairs.

• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills to engage and inspire diverse groups.

• Organizational Strength: Ability to manage schedules, logistics, and group dynamics effectively.
