Company Information & Job Details

To manage the full life cycle and deliver a first-class handling of all Tours, including Series business and Adhoc, checking itineraries and making all necessary bookings and arrangements.

This shall be done with a strong focus on revenue, customer satisfaction, and high quality.

KEY ACTIVITIES

  • Manage and operate tours, including itinerary and revenue checks.

  • To process and confirm critical services efficiently and accurately, paying attention to any special requirements of the clients.

  • Complete any rate collection/negotiation activities requested by your Manager/Supervisor

  • Deliver on teams agreed SLA’s

  • Source for new suppliers if needed, negotiate services and rates.

  • Provide active and ongoing support and knowledge transfer to hubs and the Kuoni Tumlare sales organization.

  • Pre/Post season analysis and recommendations

  • Undertake project work as required by management.

  • Investigate and resolve service complaints.

Job Requirements

·         Commercially minded and Sales driven

·         Project management

·         Proven ability to build strong customer and supplier relationships

·        Good oral and written communication skills

·         Language skills – English + Spanish

·         Entrepreneurial and creative approach

·         Destination travels expertise in Iberia

·         Excellent at coordinating across a matrix organization

·         Availability to travel
