About the Business

Our Destination Management services form the core of our business. We take care of everything from ground support, hotel bookings, sightseeing, restaurants, and local guides; all while providing 24/7 customer support so that travelers from over 50 countries can enjoy memorable travel experiences worry free.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage tour inquiries and plan group itineraries in coordination with Sales Offices and the Operations Leader, ensuring alignment with client needs, destination specifics, and budget 

  • Coordinate, confirm, and maintain communication with local suppliers to ensure reliable delivery of land services such as hotels, meals, guides, and transport. 

  • Support tour operations on the ground, including handling last-minute changes or service adjustments. 

  • Communicate proactively with the Operations Leader regarding potential issues or disruptions. 

  • Provide logistical and accounting support before and after tour departures, including document preparation and coordination. 

  • Assist with seasonal preparations and administrative support for upcoming tours. 

Job Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

  • Good knowledge of the assigned destination. 

  • Experience in travel coordination, tour operations, or similar tourism roles. 

  • Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines efficiently. 

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills. 

  • Able to work independently and solve problems under pressure. 

  • Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
