To manage the full life cycle and deliver a first-class handling of all Tours, including Series business and
Adhoc, checking itineraries and making all necessary bookings and arrangements.

Key activities
• Manage and operate tours, including itinerary and revenue checks.
• To process and confirm critical services efficiently and accurately, paying attention to any special
requirements of the clients.
• Complete any rate collection/negotiation activities requested by your Manager/Supervisor
• Deliver on teams agreed SLA’s (service level agreement)
• Source for new suppliers if needed, negotiate services and rates.
• Provide active and ongoing support and knowledge transfer to hubs and the Kuoni Tumlare sales
organization.
• Pre/Post season analysis and recommendations
• Undertake project work as required by management.
• Investigate and resolve service complaints.

• Commercially minded and Sales driven

• Proven ability to build strong customer and supplier relationships
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Language skills – English + Spanish
• Entrepreneurial and creative approach
• Destination travels expertise in Iberia
• Excellent at coordinating across a matrix organization
• Availability to travel
