About the Business


Our Destination Management services form the core of our business. Together with our destination experts, our sales and account management teams generate business by partnering with our customers (Tour Operators, Travel Agencies) to shape exciting itineraries suited to their traveler’s needs. We take care of everything from ground support, hotel bookings, sightseeing, restaurants, and local guides; all while providing 24/7 customer support so that travelers from over 50 countries can enjoy memorable travel experiences worry free.


About the Role


We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Summer Tour Support Norway. This temporary position (April-September) offers the opportunity to be at the heart of our operations, assisting with coordination and execution of our existing summer tours.


Key Responsibilities


As Summer Tour Support Norway, you will:

  • Prepare, check and distribute tour documents with precision and care.
  • Update essential data and information on our operations systems to keep everything running smoothly.

  • Proactively identify and prevent issues during the tours and assist in finding the solutions.

  • Communicate effectively with all departments, including our overseas sales offices, to coordinate tour logistics.

  • Provide backup support for the team as needed to maintain our high standards of service.

Job Requirements

To Succeed in the Role, You Should Have:

  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Additional language skills are an added advantage but not essential (Danish/ Norwegian or Swedish).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge and proficiency with MS Office 365.
