About the Role:
This position is a Sales Support / Quotation Executive role within the Sales Department, primarily responsible for handling travel quotations, offer preparation, and coordination with both clients and internal teams (especially Operations). The main goal is to ensure that all client requests are accurately quoted, followed up, and converted into confirmed bookings (go-aheads) while maintaining smooth communication and documentation flow.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Prepare, review, and verify travel quotations and send them to clients accurately and on time.

  • Follow up on offers until confirmed (go-ahead), cancelled, or postponed.

  • Prepare complete Go-Ahead documentation packages and coordinate with the Operations team.

  • Handle client amendments such as itinerary updates, flight details, or re-pricing when required.

  • Generate and revise travel offers based on client feedback or SRQ requests.

  • Support the Sales team with administrative tasks, market insights, and account coordination.

  • Manage itinerary changes efficiently to ensure smooth operations.

  • Perform other tasks or support activities as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements

TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE YOU SHOULD HAVE

Education:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Background in travel agency, tour operations, or DMC environment is highly preferred.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Quotation, or Travel Operations within a Destination Management Company (DMC), Tour Operator, or Travel Agency.

  • Experience preparing itineraries, quotations, and booking coordination with hotels, transport, and local suppliers.

Language Proficiency:

  • Required language(s): Fluent in English, other second language will be an advantage.

  • Japanese language proficiency at least JLPT N3 level (or equivalent) is preferred.

Technical skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).

  • Knowledge of quotation and booking systems or CRM tools is an advantage.

  • Good numerical accuracy and ability to manage pricing components.

  • Comfortable working with internal databases and digital filing systems.
