About the Team:

This position reports directly into the Sales Operations Supervisor based in Bangkok.

Overview of Role:

The primary role of Sales Operations is to provide documentation support for the Sales team to send to the Operations team, mainly in the areas of checking quotes, producing Go-Ahead documentation, itinerary. Limited contact with customers for briefing information and follow up. Reporting to Operations Manager, the jobholder would follow pre-defined standard operating procedures (SOP).

Key activities: (Describe the most important activities that the role performs on a regular basis giving examples where appropriate)

  • Coordinate daily operation matters such as book/confirm services within budget, check feasibility and accuracy of itineraries between internal overseas offices and external clients (travel agencies)
  • Perform clerical duties such as sending rooming list to hotels, issuing tour documentations to agencie
  • Work closely with sales teams & internal overseas offices in solving daily enquiries from clients in a timely manner
  • Priorities daily workload, ensuring all required tasks are completed within deadline
  • Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job requirements

Knowledge, Skills, Experience, Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field required.
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing, in travel or related industry is an advantage.
  • Strong analysis, critical thinking and evaluation abilities
  • Service-oriented with very positive working attitude
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively, work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Attentive to details and sensitive to figures.
  • Organisation skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Highly motivated and a good teamwork player
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both written and verbal in Thai and English
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of European destination is an advantage
  • With authorization to work in Thailand
