About the Business / Function
Our Destination Management services form the core of our business. Together with our destination experts, our sales teams generate business and shape itineraries suited to our customers’ needs with real-time insider knowledge. We take care of everything from ground support, hotel bookings, sightseeing, restaurants, and local guides; all while providing 24/7 customer support so that travelers from over 50 countries can enjoy memorable travel experiences worry free.
About the Role
The Sales & Marketing Support Executive provides administrative and operational support to the Sales & Marketing Manager. The jobholder would follow pre-defined standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure the seamless flow of documentation between Sales and Operations, while actively executing marketing tasks such as branded merchandise coordination, multimedia content design, and event logistics support. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who can balance structured sales support processes with creative marketing execution to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operational Support (20%)
Quote & Offer Management: Create, amend, and re-check quotes; produce professional offers and manage itinerary changes for clients.
Reservation Management: Handle hotel and critical service pre-bookings and proactively monitor cancellation deadlines to mitigate financial risk and optimize inventory.
Go-Ahead Documentation: Prepare and verify all "Go-Ahead" documentation for the Operations team, ensuring itineraries and price quotes are accurate.
Marketing Execution & Digital Presence (Sales Function) (80%)
Branding & Merchandise: Coordinate the production of company-branded materials and corporate gifts.
Visual Design & Collaterals: Design sales-driven digital and print assets, including presentation slides, e-newsletters and marketing brochures using design tools (e.g., Canva).
Event Coordination: Provide on-site and logistical support for trade workshops and marketing events.
Web Content Management: Develop and maintain the company blog to archive newsletter content and enhance customer engagement.
Other support duties as and when assigned by manager.
Job Requirements
To Succeed in the Role, You Should Have
Required Knowledge & Skills
Technical: Proficient in MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint); capable of tracking complex schedules and deadlines.
Digital: Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., Wix), digital advertising tools (e.g., GA4), email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp), and graphic design software (e.g., Canva) for collateral production.
Language: Proficiency in English reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales Support, Marketing Coordination, or a commercial role; experience in travel industry is a strong advantage.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or a related field.
Advantage: Knowledge of European destinations or digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google)
Professionalism: Service-oriented with a very positive, professional working attitude; ability to work independently with minimum supervision; willing to learn.
Time Management: Highly time-sensitive with the ability to multitask and manage strict deadlines under pressure.
Attention to Detail: Extremely detail-oriented and sensitive to figures.
Collaboration: Highly motivated and proactive team player with good communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
