About the Role

Sales Managers work directly with our university client’s, administrators and faculty in the planning of their international short-term study abroad programs. Including MBA/EMBA and Undergraduates. Sales Managers coordinate the needs of the universities with our international operation offices to ensure the success of the program. Building strong relationships with our clients is essential in order achieve superior customer satisfactory levels. 

Key activities:

  • Maintaining and expanding current client business. 

  • Face to face meetings with existing clients.

  • Coordinate and prepare client proposals.

  • Works with our international offices to ensure the success of the programs.

  • Responsible for implementing customer sales operation strategy

  • Attends education trade shows to expand client relationships

  • Travels with clients on inspection trips.

  • Arrange appropriate international company visits, when needed.

Job Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • A minimum of 3 years, sales experience dealing with Education Travel; MBA/Executive MBA and undergraduates.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business

  • Strong understanding of International Destinations.

  • Ability to develop, quote and create educational travel programs.

  • Relationships with university administrators and professor’s, responsible for education travel a must.

  • Ability to prioritize task

  • Strong relationship builder with clients

  • Need to be a self-starter

  • Creative thinker and problem solver

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
