About the Business / Function

Our Destination Management services form the core of our business. Together with our destination experts, our sales teams generate business and shape itineraries suited to our customers’ needs with real-time insider knowledge. We take care of everything from ground support, hotel bookings, sightseeing, restaurants, and local guides; all while providing 24/7 customer support so that travelers from over 50 countries can enjoy memorable travel experiences worry-free.

About the Role

The primary role of Sales Support is to provide documentation support for the Sales team to send to the Operations team, mainly in the areas of checking quotes, producing Go-Ahead documentation, itinerary. Limited contact with customers for briefing information and follow up. Reporting to Sales Manager, the jobholder would follow pre-defined standard operating procedures (SOP).


Key Responsibilities

  • Quote responsibilities: check, amend, re-check on quotes, as requested; which include printing out quote sheets and attach where appropriate.
  • Visa support responsibilities: check and prepare visa support documentation to agents, follow up and provide support may needed during the progress.
  • Offers responsibility: producing offers and sending to the clients, and manage itinerary changes on behalf of Sales (where needed)
  • Go-Ahead responsibilities: prepare Go-Ahead documentation for the Operations team, attach the offer letter, final itinerary, original quotes and other documents on behalf of Sales (where needed)
  • Provide admin and documentation support to Sales team, in relation to market situation, destination/competitor analysis, agent profiling, existing account management, reports,…
  • Other support duties as and when assigned by manager.

Job Requirements

To Succeed in the Role, You Should :

  • Service-oriented with very positive working attitude
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively, work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Attentive to details and sensitive to figures.
  • Organization skills and ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment.
  • Highly motivated and a good teamwork player
  • Have good knowledge of destinations and tourist attractions in Europe in an advantage

We Are Looking for a Person is:

  • Ho Chi Minh City based candidates
  • With Diploma or above with 2 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing, in travel or related industry is an advantage.
  • With 3 - 5 years working experience of sales and operations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese.
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office applications
