The Job
We are looking for a Project Coordinator – MICE Asia to join our passionate and dynamic team! If you have proven experience in the MICE industry and a strong track record in delivering exceptional events, we’d love to hear from you.
Candidates should ideally be coming from Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and a proven track record of working with diverse clients. End-to-end event and project management is essential, you’ll be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of your events, from responding to sales office briefs with tailored proposals to overseeing execution and completing financial reconciliation.
The positon will be based in Saint Ouen (Paris area)
Candidates must possess full working rights in France, as we are unable to provide sponsorship for this role. Due to the operational requirements of the position, regular physical presence in the Paris Region is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Co create, plan and deliver large-scale events for a variety of Asian clients across the year
Proposal creation and pitch, when required
Full logistics including accommodation bookings and all land arrangements throughout full domestic territory
Supplier management prior, during and after the event
Negotiating with third parties to maximize value creation
Onsite management of the event
Budget management and post event reconciliation
Reporting to various stakeholders

Job Requirements
Previous experience/working knowledge in the MICE industry for at least 5 years
Fluent in French / English. Written and verbal language skills are essential.
Extensive knowledge of the French territory and what it can offer in terms of MICE services
Strong skills in Excel and Powerpoint
Detailed oriented and customer satisfaction oriented
Experience in handling MICE projects for Asian clients is a plus.
The ideal candidate for this position must have:
A passion for their job and the fast-paced event industry
A natural curiosity for the hospitality environment and the passion to share her/his enthusiasm & knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Enthusiasm in delivering outstanding result and reporting in a clear and efficient way
The ability to prioritize and multi-task in a complex environment
The ability to run a number of different events in parallel and manage a wide range of third parties
Stress resistance & ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Candidates should ideally be coming from a DMC and have previously worked with a wide range of International market
