About the Role
As Procurement Manager for Norway, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of suppliers. You will play a key role in developing and implementing procurement strategies that ensure competitive pricing, innovative products, and an attractive offering for our customers.
The position combines strategic responsibilities with operational execution, giving you the opportunity to build strong partnerships, negotiate favorable agreements, and contribute to the further development of our product portfolio in Norway. You will be part of a procurement team consisting of two Procurement Managers and one support function.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Procurement Team Leader, you will:
Build strong internal relationships across Procurement, Reservations, Accounting, Sales, and Operations
Develop and implement procurement strategies for hotel and land services in Norway
Establish and maintain strong supplier partnerships to secure competitive and relevant products
Monitor market trends and product innovation to support product development
Negotiate special and exclusive agreements with key suppliers and hotel chains
Identify and mitigate business risks and manage escalations
Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and ethical standards
Job Requirements
To Succeed in the Role, You Should Have
Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement, business development, account, or revenue management, ideally within hospitality or travel
Higher education in a relevant field
Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English
Proven ability to execute strategy, build senior-level relationships, and deliver results
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
