About the Business

Our Destination Management services form the core of our business. We take care of everything from ground support, hotel bookings, sightseeing, restaurants, and local guides; all while providing 24/7 customer support so that travelers from over 50 countries can enjoy memorable travel experiences worry free.


About the Role


As the “MICE Project Manager”, you'll be responsible of managing meetings, events and incentive tours for international clients. Candidates should come from an event agency or a DMC Company and have worked with a wide variety of clients previously. End to end event management is key and candidates must be competent with managing their own events, including full logistics and financial reconciliation. We’re always looking for talented, creative people who share our passion for travel and delivering exceptional result.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Creating, planning and delivering MICE projects
  • Prepare proposals that meet clients requirements, up-selling and enhancement of value offer
  • Full logistics including accommodation bookings and all land arrangements throughout territory
  • Supplier management - maintain excellent partner/supplier relationships to secure the bet possible supply rates and conditions
  • Capability to find information and provide quick solution
  • Budget management and reconciliation
  • Onsite management
  • Comply with company standards and use all in-house IT tools effectively
  • Support management in MICE related projects/ strategy across organization
  • Occasionally support activities outside the core area of responsibility
  • Responsible for river cruise activities (bookings / day to day management)
  • On-call duty period

Job Requirements

  • Willingness to travel occasionally and manage on site projects
  • Willing to be flexible in the role

  • Be able to identify problems and take initiative to resolve them

We Are Looking for a Person With:

  • At least 5 years of working experience in the MICE industry
  • Excellent understanding of supply
  • Destination knowledge
  • Fluent in English and French, written and verbal language skills.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
