We take care of everything from ground support, hotel bookings, sightseeing, restaurants, and local guides; all while providing 24/7 customer support so that travelers from over 50 countries can enjoy memorable travel experiences worry-free.
About The Job:
Manage group travel and MICE projects, including bookings, itinerary planning, and client coordination. Ensure smooth operations, handle financial tasks, resolve service issues, and support cross-border collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and operate group travel arrangements and MICE projects according to SOPs
Make hotel, guide, transportation, and restaurant bookings through the system
Create itineraries, PowerPoint proposals, and meal plans for MICE programs
Maintain regular communication with clients, suppliers, and sales teams
Handle booking confirmations, price negotiations, and last-minute adjustments
Issue invoices and credit notes, and monitor financial reconciliation per project
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all components of the travel experience
Address service issues, provide after-sales support, and handle complaints professionally
Work with international colleagues and contribute to cross-border collaboration
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in MICE operations or the travel industry
Proficient in English, both spoken and written (must-have)
Strong attention to detail, good with systems and processes
Positive, flexible, and solution-oriented attitude
Able to manage pressure and meet tight deadlines
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a multicultural setting
