About the Role:


Project Manager MICE for Czech Republic, Slovakia & Hungary

We are currently recruiting in KUONI TUMLARE a Project Manager with previous experience within MICE industry to join our passionate team. This position will be based in PRAGUE.

Candidate should ideally be coming from an event agency or a DMC and have previously worked with a wide range of clients. End to end event/project management is key and candidates must be able to manage the full scope of their own events, from answering the client request/brief with the best tailored proposal to financial reconciliation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management end to end – create, plan and deliver large-scale events for a variety of clients across the year

  • Proposal creating and pitch, when required

  • Full logistic incl. accommodation bookings and land arrangements throughout full domestic territory

  • Comply with company standards and use all in-house IT tools effectively

  • Onsite management of the events

  • Suppliers management prior, during and after the event

  • Quotation and optimization to maximize value creation

  • Client and account management to ensure repeated business

  • Join and lead Inspections & Client meetings

  • Participate in program development for MICE clients and others with focus on educational programs, technical visits, sustainability and social responsibility

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Previous experience/working knowledge in MICE Industry for at least 3 years

  • Excellent Knowledge of the destination – Czech republic, Slovakia and Hungary

  • Fluent in English, written and verbal language skills are essential

  • Fluent in Czech/Slovak or any other language is advantageous

  • Excellent communication skills, confident and polite attitude

  • Creativity, out-of-the-box thinking ability, proactive approach

  • Highly detail orientated, able to keep deadlines and work under pressure

  • The ability to identify problems and take initiative to resolve them

  • The ability to prioritize and multi-task in a complex environment

  • The ability to run number of different projects in parallel

  • Good presentation skills

  • Knowledge of MS Office Programs (Excels, PowerPoint, Outlook mainly)
