About the Business / Function:

We are currently recruiting in KUONI for a Project Manager M&E with previous experience within the MICE industry to join our passionate team. This position will be based in Madrid.


Candidates should ideally be coming from an event agency or a DMC and have previously worked with a wide range of clients. End to end event/project management is key and candidates must be able to manage the full scope of their own events, from answering the client request/brief with the best tailored proposal to financial reconciliation. Key Responsibilities:


  • Create, plan and deliver large-scale events for a variety of foreign clients across the year

  • Proposal creation and pitch, when required

  • Full logistics including accommodation bookings and all land arrangements throughout full domestic territory

  • Supplier management prior, during and after the event

  • Negotiating with third parties to maximize value creation

  • Client and account management to ensure repeat business

  • Onsite management of the event

  • Budget management and post event reconciliation

  • Reporting to various stakeholders


Job Requirements

To Succeed in the Role, You Should Have:


  • Previous experience/working knowledge in the MICE industry for at least 5 years

  • English and Spanish is a must, French is highly beneficial.

  • Deep knowledge of the territory and what it can offer in terms of MICE services
