AI Marketing Specialist

Join our dynamic EU Marketing Team as an AI Marketing Specialist and help us unlock the full potential of AI-driven tools like Copilot. In this role, you will optimize workflows, personalize client interactions, and enhance content creation through AI, driving efficiency and sales growth across our global destination teams.

Key Activities

AI Enablement & Training:

• Educate and train destination and sales teams on effectively using Copilot.
• Develop best practices, guides, and training materials for AI tasks.
• Conduct live workshops and 1:1 coaching sessions.
• Stay updated on new AI capabilities and features.

Marketing & Sales Support:

• Create AI-enhanced marketing materials, including personalized sales pitches and automated email campaigns.
• Use AI-driven insights to tailor proposals and improve client engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize AI-generated content.
• Identify and implement AI-powered solutions to improve marketing and sales processes.

Data-Driven Insights & Optimization:

• Analyze AI-generated content performance and provide improvement recommendations.
• Support sales teams with AI-powered analytics to identify customer trends.
• Work with IT and digital teams to optimize AI tool integration.

TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Proven experience in AI-powered marketing, digital marketing, or sales enablement.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI-driven tools.
• Experience in training teams or conducting workshops on new technologies.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, and sales optimization.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Experience

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on  AI and content creation and social media management.
