Our Destination Management services form the core of our business. We take care of everything from ground support, hotel bookings, sightseeing, restaurants, and local guides; all while providing 24/7 customer support so that travelers from over 50 countries can enjoy memorable travel experiences worry free.


About the Role

Support the development and execution of external global communications plans to support business needs, promote products/solutions, and global partnership programs.


Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  • Manage the social media strategy, including content development for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and corporate product website including SEO.
  • Familiar with planning and executing paid campaigns on digital marketing platforms.
  • Track impact of campaigns and monitor engagement metrics.

Customer and Supplier Communications Strategy

  • Establish an email marketing strategy for the organization.
  • Create and coordinate eDM communications, including copywriting and design layout, according to annual communications plan to be rolled out in countries globally.
  • Source and develop content in coordination with business leads and subject experts in the organization. Resourceful in sourcing external material to supplement content creation.
  • Track impact of campaigns and monitor engagement metrics.

Product Promotion and Sales Support

  • Develop product promotional material e.g. video compilation and editing, brochures, etc.
  • Compilation of business and customer case studies.
  • Maintain and update the internal Marketing library with sales tool kits.
  • Participate in the development and execution of global partnership programs.

Brand

  • Ensure brand adoption and implementation across the DMC business – quality control.
  • Create and provide marketing collateral templates to ensure consistency and coordinate their distribution on online and offline channels globally.

Industry Leadership

  • Plan and manage interviews, articles, LinkedIn blogs and PR for senior leaders.
  • Support local countries in effective exposure of our brand and products in the industry via various channels, including trade media, travel fairs, industry events and associations.

Storytelling

  • Craft compelling content for various channels – flair for innovation and creativity in copywriting and content development.
  • Run 360° global campaigns in full coordination with internal and external teams.
  • Promote our company and products/services on various media, including copy for our website.

Job requirements

To Succeed in the Role, You Should Have:

  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or similar role. Experience in the travel industry will be a plus.
  • BSc in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or relevant field
  • Familiarity with B2B and B2C advertising and product promotional campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing tools, like Campaign Monitor. Some understanding of business analytics is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience with marketing campaigns on social media
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience and knowledge in copywriting, proofreading and editing
  • Good presentation skills
  • Self-starter and team player
  • Preferably with working experience in an MNC environment.
