Job Summary:
We are looking for a Internal Support Specialist to provide technical support to our company staff via chat, handle more complex issues (L1.5 level), and oversee the quality of 3 contractors work. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Azure AD, and Exchange, as well as experience with the SNOW platform and ITIL processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely technical support to company staff via chat.

  • Handle escalated or more complex technical issues requiring advanced knowledge.

  • Monitor the performance of contractors, provide feedback, and assist them in improving their efficiency.

  • Ensure accurate ticketing in the SNOW platform.

  • Perform regular quality checks of ticket resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, and Microsoft Exchange.

  • Experience with the SNOW platform and familiarity with ITIL processes.

  • Confident ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support at L1 or higher.

Additional Skills (nice to have):

  • Basic PowerShell knowledge.

  • Experience in incident monitoring.

  • Skills in documenting processes.

Work mode - Hybrid/ On site. Location - Pitampura, Delhi.
