About the Function

The mission of IT is to provide both strategic IT vision and enterprising solutions for all Business Areas, so they can meet their goals, deliver results, and enhance the company’s position. We strive to provide reliable systems and IT support that enables employees to work, wherever and whenever, in a way that is as cost efficient and secure as possible.


Key Responsibilities

  • 1st and 2nd level support for local and regional users.
  • Imaging and deploying computers.
  • Asset management: ensuring all IT equipment is logged and accounted for.
  • Inductions and Training: Introducing the IT systems to new employees and training users when required.
  • Complete ownership of tickets by resolving, tracking or forwarding them.
  • Hardware troubleshooting (computers, printers VC devices).
  • Workplace Set up for new staff.
  • Taking part in different IT projects.

Job requirements

To Succeed in the Role, You Should Have:

  • Professional IT degree. Higher education/ University degree, would be preferred.
  • 1 – 3 years of working experience on 1st / 2nd level IT support.
  • Software/hardware diagnosis skills.
  • Familiar with ITSM-systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent spoken and written English & French.
