About the Role:

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Change Coordinator and Communication Manager to manage the implementation and tracking of changes within our organization. The Change Coordinator and Communication Manager will work closely with project managers and key stakeholders to ensure that all changes are conducted smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A background in project management or a related field is highly desirable.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Work closely with project managers and teams to understand the implications of the proposed changes.

  • Assess risks and potential impacts associated with the proposed change, and devise mitigation strategies.

  • Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of changes.

  • Monitor and report on the progress of the change implementation, including any issues or risks that arise.

  • Facilitate communication between different stakeholders and teams to ensure everyone is informed about the change and its impacts.

  • Provide training and support to staff affected by the change to help them adapt.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the change once it has been implemented and make adjustments as necessary.

  • Maintain documentation of all change management activities for future reference and auditing purposes.

Job Requirements

Knowledge

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or a related field or equivalent experience

  • Proven experience in change management and project management.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and change management software.

  • Certification in change management (e.g., ITIL, PMP) is a plus.
