About the Business


Our Destination Management services form the core of our business. Together with our destination experts, our sales and account management teams generate business by partnering with our customers (Tour Operators, Travel Agencies) to shape exciting itineraries suited to their traveler’s needs. We take care of everything from ground support, hotel bookings, sightseeing, restaurants, and local guides; all while providing 24/7 customer support so that travelers from over 50 countries can enjoy memorable travel experiences worry free.

Job Requirements

About the Role 

We are currently offering an internship experience in the Hotel Procurement department:


Responsibilities include:

  • A passion for tourism and hotel industry
  • A natural curiosity for the hospitality environment and the passion to share her/his enthusiasm & knowledge
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to prioritize and multi-task in a complex environment
  • The will to learn and grow along and with a market leading company


The ideal candidate for this position must have:

  • Assist the Procurement managers during the contracting season with supporting all the data loading and contract filling
  • Hotel Presentation creation with detailed info provided by the Procurement Manager
  • Support on daily tasks
  • New Hotels searching


Essential requirements:

  • Italian Native 
  • Fluent in English. Written and verbal language skills are essential. 
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
