The Job

The HR Specialist will act as an effective generalist HR support for all Managers & Employees in Paris office.

HR Recruitment

  • Creates job advertisements according to recruitment needs and manage job portals accordingly
  • Ensures the efficient recruitment according to department needs
  • Manages recruitment processes where relevant (CV selection, phone screens, interview coordination with dept. managers, job offer confirmation, new employee preparations etc.)
  • Manages the Induction training for all newcomers
  • Manages HR recruitment reporting for statistics when necessary

HR Admin

  • Delivers high quality, detailed HR documentation as required (employee’s contracts, contract amendments, employment declaration etc.)
  • Manages all employee’s electronic and paper files
  • Provides to Finance (or external payroll partner where relevant) with new starters’ documents and inform about any relevant changes to personal details
  • Manages employee medical requirements
  • Manages employee holiday queries
  • Maintain our internal channels and distribution lists up to date
  • Send internal communications on local HR topics
  • Handle employee key cards, parking cards, visitor key cards


  • Responsible for 100% Workday accuracy
  • Undertake all administration task relevant to HR on Workday
  • Uploads each employee’s contract and personal documents into their WD personal file
  • Check the time off administration and make any required adjustments
  • Assist team managers and employees on Workday general usage

HR Projects

  • Provides the support to the HR Manager where required

HR Processes

  • HR Policy - provides support to the HR Manager to keep HR policy up to date in line with relevant employment law.
  • Employee lifecycle
  • provides support to employees & managers on employee lifecycle activities, from recruitment to offboarding, including working permit administration.
  • Guarantee a satisfactory employee experience.
  • Answer employees queries when needed.

  • Payroll
  • Support to payroll processes administration
  • Communicates and co-operate with internal and external payroll provider(s)
  • Health and Safety
  • Organize occupational health and safety together with risk prevention specialist and maintenance of relevant documentation.
  • Management of Fire Safety, maintenance of relevant documentation, employee training.

Job Requirements


  • Strong Recruitment and HR Admin experiences in a fast paced commercial environment, ideally gained within the travel or retail sector
  • HR local qualification or shows significant relevant experience within HR Generalist role
  • A solid understanding and working experience of employment law
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and deliver multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Positive, “can do”, flexible attitude
  • Experience working with an HR Information System, ideally Workday
  • Fluent in French and English written and spoken
