HR Advisor - Responsible for Croatia and Poland Destinations

Job description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support business units with managing recruitment and replacement projects and selection processes according to requirements
  • Manage and coordinate the whole recruitment processes from advertising a role to offer positions
  • Coordinate and manage registration of new-joiners in close cooperation with business units, finance and payroll
  • Prepare and provide onboarding and exit processes
  • Handle employment related necessary documentation
  • Support and work closely together with HR Team responsible for Budapest
  • Manage the preparation for payroll processes in Croatia and Poland, support payroll in Budapest
  • Support HR Manager and Business Units

Job requirements

  • University degree in HR studies
  • Minimum 2 year working experience in HR
  • English language skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, precise, proactive
  • Excellent time management skills, especially during high season
  • Team player attitude
  • Willingness to travel
  • Meeting deadlines and ability to work according to specific procedure
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Solid computer skills (Internet Browser)
