Job description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support Workday platform to make sure that all data is correctly updated in the system
  • Coordinate and manage registration of new-joiners in close cooperation with business units, finance
  • and payroll
  • Prepare and provide onboarding and exit processes
  • Handle employment related necessary documentation
  • Maintain fringe benefits administration
  • Support and work closely together with HR Team responsible for Budapest
  • Manage the preparation for payroll processes in Croatia and Poland, support payroll in Budapest
  • Support HR Manager and Business Units

Job requirements

  • University degree in HR studies
  • Minimum 2 year working experience in HR, or HR related position
  • English language skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, precise, proactive
  • Excellent time management skills, especially during high season
  • Team player attitude
  • Willingness to travel
  • Meeting deadlines and ability to work according to specific procedure
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Solid computer skills (Internet Browser)
