HR Administrator (m/w/d)

Job description

For our office in Frankfurt we are seeking to hire an HR Administrator to act as HR Generalist and to support the general office administration.

  • personnel administration from onboarding to offboarding including the creation of employment contracts and reference letters
  • preparation and verification of payroll related information for the external tax office
  • responsible for Workday processes under the responsibility of the HR function and ensure accuracy of data
  • support and deliver HR projects
  • ensure efficient recruitment for all departments
  • processing of administration and facility management tasks
  • health and safety compliance

Job requirements

  • experience in a similar role 
  • knowledge of applicable labour law and regulations
  • excellent administration and organization skills
  • ability to organize multiple priorities and take initiative, when necessary
  • strong communication skills 
  • team player who enjoys to work independently
  • Intercultural competence as well as fluency in German and English
  • experience with Workday is an advantage
