About the Role

Reporting to the CHRO the TA Partner is responsible for designing, developing and implementing the resourcing strategy. The main purpose is to manage the provision of effective and efficient recruitment and selection for the business as well take the lead on policy and strategy in regards to recruitment practices, tools and processes as the subject matter expert in this field.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing strategies to identify, attract and hire high-quality talent.
  • Ownership and accountability for filling all critical roles, including niche and specialist roles within agreed metrics.
  • Coaching and collaborating with Country HR and hiring managers to use best practice standards to recruit top talent for the business.
  • Communicating and training business stakeholders to ensure recruitment processes are followed and running optimally.
  • Developing and monitoring key recruitment reports, metrics and costs
  • Maintaining external contacts to assure access to potential candidates including alumni network, agencies, sourcing firms and trade organizations.
  • Proactively researching, investigating and recommending innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Working in partnership with the HR leadership & Communications team to develop a credible external employer brand.
  • Networking, talent mapping, candidate pipelining, and targeted search.
  • Developing / identifying appropriate selection processes including assessment centers and psychometric testing.
  • Reviewing and improving talent acquisition policies and processes and taking the lead on effectively managing the applicant tracking system – Recruitee.

To Succeed in the Role, You Should Have:

  • 5+ years of Talent acquisition experience across Europe. Asia experience will be an advantage.
  • Strong networking skills and excellent presentation to attract and engage top notch candidates.
  • Proven track record of managing senior stakeholder relationships and the ability to collaborate and influence.
  • Understanding of social media and new recruitment tools, technology.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple demands concurrently
