You will be responsible for developing and effectively executing global communications programs to drive the business' strategic vision, employee engagement, organizational culture and change initiatives as well as enhance our brand and reputation, including social media and thought leadership projects.
You’ll be part of the Human Resources (HR) function reporting to the Head of Global Communications. As a Communications professional, you’ll engage with various teams and colleagues across our matrix and multi-stakeholder environment for the global roll-out of our communications programs.
Develop and execute comprehensive and creative communications plans according to the functional and business needs.
Support the design, development and implementation of wide ranging local, regional and global employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, employee Value Proposition and recognition programmes.
Manage regular internal communications channels such as newsletters, org. announcements, webcasts, intranet content, etc.
Produce content (e.g. announcements, scripts, speech notes, presentations, articles, blogs, social media copy, etc) to tell our story internally and externally in an engaging and compelling way (infographics, podcasts and videos, etc.).
Develop and maintain brand integrity and continuity, both in a visual and written sense, across our channels.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Senior Leaders, peers, customers, and suppliers.
Manage external creative resources, as required, to accomplish objectives.

TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related discipline.
1+ years’ professional communications experience
Excellent English oral and written skills.
Strong writing and editing skills
Brilliant interpersonal, listening, presentation and communication skills
Strategic thinking and executional excellence
Experience with employee communications campaigns, social media landscape and thought leadership.
Ability to navigate a matrixed, global environment and build strong relationships with all levels
Attention to detail and ability to balance competing priorities.
Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines
