The Job:


We are currently recruiting a Gifting & Outfitting Manager to be part of the team managing
Hospitality Program for one of the Top Sponsors of Paris 2024 Olympic Games. This position will be
based in the Paris region, with start on June 1, 2024, and end on August 31, 2024 (Fixed-term
contract).


Reporting to the overall Operations Director, Gifting & Outfitting Manager will be responsible for
overseeing and managing all aspects of gifting and outfitting for our guests and staff attending Paris
2024 hospitality program. Your primary focus will be to ensure the smooth distribution, and
management of corporate gifts and employee uniforms while maintaining high-quality standards
and optimizing operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


• Implement strategies and standard operating procedures for the gifting and uniforms
services to meet business objectives and enhance guests’ satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with client, HR, marketing, and department heads to understand gifting
needs, branding requirements, and uniform preferences.
• Assist with sourcing and procurement of corporate gifts, promotional items, and employee
uniforms from suppliers.
• Assist in coordinating customization and branding of gifts and uniforms with relevant logos,
designs, and look of the Games.
• Assist in managing the logistics and deliveries from vendors, ensuring timeliness.
• Oversee the distribution of gifts to clients, partners, or employees, ensuring timely delivery
and proper documentation.
• Manage the storage of gifts, uniforms, and promotional items.
• Manage uniform inventory levels and coordinate uniform fittings and replacements as
needed.
• Handle any gifting or uniform-related inquiries, requests, or complaints, providing prompt
resolutions to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems to track gifting materials,
uniforms, and promotional items.
• Analyze data on gifting and uniform usage, costs, and employee feedback to identify areas
for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new promotional products, and sustainable gifting
practices.
• Monitor and assess the performance of suppliers and vendors.
• Closely cooperating with Accommodation Manager and hotel’s staff, manage all guest room
drops.
• Assist in developing and maintaining the budget, billing procedures, and accounting reports
related to gifting, uniforms, and promotional items.
• Assist senior management with any additional tasks as required.
• Manage the bump-out following the event, including packing and shipping of remaining
items.

Job Requirements


Qualifications and Skills:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Shipping & Logistics, Marketing, or a related

field.

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Gifting & Uniforms Operations Manager, Procurement

Manager, or in a similar role within the corporate setting.

• Strong knowledge of gifting and uniform procurement, inventory management, and

branding practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with

stakeholders, suppliers, and team members.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities, maintaining high levels of

organization and efficiency.

• Analytical mindset with the capability to use data and feedback to evaluate gifting and

uniform performance and make data-driven improvements.

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; and solid knowledge of other

Microsoft Office Products.

• Fluent in French and English.

• Based in France (preferably in Paris region).
