We are looking for a digital marketing specialist who will be able to develop and execute online campaigns to support several products of Kuoni Tumlare. Reporting directly to the leadership team, as a Digital Marketing Co-Ordinator, your responsibility is to work with colleagues from Meetings & Events as well as Congress departments to deliver high quality strategy and flawless execution to generate new leads through various digital channels.

Working remotely, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders within the Kuoni Tumlare business to run an end-to-end programme, develop Paid Media and Social Media strategies and executing the campaign on a daily basis.

Paid Media & Advertising

  • Development of strategic approach to running successful Paid Media campaigns
  • Development of KPIs and objectives
  • Management and execution of Paid Media campaigns using Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Creation of Paid Media audiences for advertising targeting
  • Managing budget allocation to ensure appropriate levels of spend
  • Managing & optimising campaigns using a combination of bid and budget management, targeting, structural and ad optimisation
  • Monthly campaign reporting
  • Analysis and recommendations to improve campaign performance

Social Media

  • Development of strategic approach to running successful Social Media campaigns
  • Development of KPIs and objectives
  • Concepting visual content to accompany Social Media posts
  • Managing creation of weekly and monthly content calendars
  • Managing content publishing to Social Media platforms
  • Community Management of Social Media profiles (e.g. responding to questions)
  • Monthly campaign reporting
  • Analysis and recommendations to improve campaign performance


  • Copywriting for Google ad campaigns
  • Creation of written content for different Social Media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)

Job requirements


  • 6-8 years in digital marketing
  • Proficient written & verbal English speaker (C1)
  • Events and Tourism expertise preferred, but not essential
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of the digital marketing eco-system
  • Development of Paid media & Social Media strategies
  • Expertise in running & managing Google PPC campaigns
  • Expertise in running & managing LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter ad campaigns
  • Expertise in paid media management platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter)
  • Knowledge of social media content publishing platforms
  • Experience with SEO and keyword research to inform content creation
  • Experience with Social Media and Paid Media analytics
  • Co-ordination of media & marketing agencies

  • Execute projects as part of wider lead generation programme

  • Excellent sales track record accompanied with strong association sales skills and PCO competencies
  • In-depth industry knowledge within the areas of housing exhibition & professional congress organisation
  • Proven ability to effectively build relationships at executive levels and manage external as well as internal resources
  • High level IT literature in particular with the area of congress management
  • Experience of working at a senior sales level
  • Extensive experience and commercial knowledge of the congress association environment, key competitors, industry issues and related technology
  • Strong delivery focus and a proven track record of devising and implementing common sense, pragmatic solutions
  • Profound strategic and implementation & contribution capabilities
