Destination Management Executive

Job description

To support of our group operations team based in Frankfurt we are seeking to hire a Destination Management Executive.

Your key activities and responsibilities include

  • Provide quotation and cost estimations to our Sales offices
  • Itinerary screening & revenue check
  • Effective and accurate maintenance of the internal system database
  • Negotiating rates and terms & conditions with suppliers as per company policies
  • Input contracts, rates and supplier code creation
  • Supplier quality review and new opportunities analysis
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
  • Destination info handling (memos, product info etc)
  • Create local network, research and analysis of new trends and products & promotion to Sales
  • Create marketing toolkit for Sales

  • Attention to detail essential, to ensure thoroughness and accuracy at all times
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to handle heavy workload and work under pressure
  • Precise, logical and straight forward communication skills
  • Proven track record of operations experience – ideally gained in the leisure and tourism sector
  • Computer literature, experience working with Microsoft office site, Outlook, Excel preferable
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English communication
  • Good command of written and spoken German language
