About the Role:
You help product designers and product owners ship new features for our internal tooling and global travel platforms.
As part of the Design System Team, you design, build, theme and document the visual assets, components and UI patterns they rely on.
What you bring:
Deep Figma skills: auto layout, grids, tokens, variables, components and props, slots, library management etc..
Scalable product design, UI design and accessibility standards
Enough technical grounding to work side by side with our developers — you read and understand HTML, CSS, React
Confidence maintaining our internal Storybook documentation with Git
Full-time in Prague, with at least two days a week together in the office.
We work in English.
What you’ll do
Maintain the design system
Design, document, and maintain reusable components in Figma and Storybook (code).
Ensure components meet WCAG accessibility standards.
Keep the component library organized and easy to navigate for all designers and developers.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design-to-code parity.
Partner with stream designers to understand pain points and prioritize system improvements.
Validate component usability through testing with designers and end users.
Gather feedback from stream teams on component effectiveness and iterate accordingly.
Run regular audits to identify inconsistencies, unused components, and gaps across product surfaces.
Job Requirements
Required Experience & Skills
5+ years of UX / Product Design experience, 3+ years on Design Systems
A portfolio showcasing capabilities in UX / Product Design, with a focus Design Systems work.
Proven experience in building and maintaining design systems, collaborating with both designers and developers working in agile teams.
Demonstrated ability to create components and tools that others can easily use in their own workflow.
Strong command of Figma and accessibility principles (WCAG 2.2).
Good understanding of Storybook, Git, Bitbucket and Claude Code.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Preferred / Nice- To- Have
Experience in B2B, travel, logistics, or operations- heavy platforms.
Governance experience: components lifecycle, contribution guidelines, change log and versioning.
Ability to prototype in code using agentic workflows.
Mobile Design (iOS / Android).
Training or Mentoring practice.
