About the Function
Our Destination Management services form the core of our business. Together with our destination experts, our sales and account management teams generate business by partnering with our customers (Tour Operators, Travel Agencies) to shape exciting itineraries suited to their traveler’s needs. We take care of everything from ground support, hotel bookings, sightseeing, restaurants, and local guides; all while providing 24/7 customer support so that travelers from over 50 countries can enjoy memorable travel experiences worry free.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing supplier contracts, providing accurate data entry, and maintaining up-to-date information in our internal systems. You will play a key role in supporting our operations by coordinating with destination offices across Europe and ensuring the accurate entry and availability of critical data for seamless use.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage contracts from destination suppliers, including hotels, transportation providers, guides, restaurants, and attractions.

  • Accurately upload supplier rates into internal systems and verify supplier information.

  • Manage hotel allotments, including insertion, monitoring, updates, and stop sales for selected destination offices.

  • Update information on fair dates, closure dates, and renovation schedules in our systems.

  • Maintain accurate data of entrance availability, hotel dinner menus, and non-contracted supplier rates.

  • Communicate effectively with destination offices across Europe to ensure seamless data coordination.

  • Perform cross-checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company standards.

We Are Looking for a Person With

  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

  • Strong Excel skills and ability to work with high volume of data.

  • Highly detail-oriented, with a reliable and structured approach to work.

  • Ability to adapt to system and process changes in a fast-paced environment.

  • Patience and a high tolerance for repetitive tasks.

  • Active and eager to learn new applications, tools, and technologies.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently when needed.

  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications (a plus but not required)

  • Additional foreign language skills, especially Spanish, Italian and/or French.

  • Previous experience in the tourism and travel industry.

  • Familiarity with data management tasks and internal systems.
