About the Business
Our Destination Management services form the core of our business. Together with our destination experts, our sales and account management teams generate business by partnering with our customers (Tour Operators, Travel Agencies) to shape exciting itineraries suited to their traveler’s needs. We take care of everything from ground support, hotel bookings, sightseeing, restaurants, and local guides; all while providing 24/7 customer support so that travelers from over 50 countries can enjoy memorable travel experiences worry free.
About the Role
We are currently looking for a Japanese Speaking Customer Service Coordinator, who will work in our Rome office.
We are currently looking for a dynamic and travel-passionate individual to join our team and help ensure seamless experiences for our customers. You will support in confirming service bookings with our suppliers, handle calls, emails, and chats, and provide support to partners and to our Operations teams. Working in an international environment, you will collaborate with different teams and adapt to ever-changing situations.
Key Activities
Gain proficiency on company systems, to cooperate with Operations and Customer Service teams;
Provide support in creating and confirming services reservations with our suppliers, in order to provide our customers with a great holiday experience;
Answer phone calls, emails and chat messages on different systems, to help other departments or third parties involved;
Support suppliers and relevant people in charge on the road with our customers, to solve issues and grant a smooth experience for everyone;
Be ready to act as a team player, showing the flexibility to adapt in multiple circumstances, working with different teams and helping in emergency situations;
