The Job

As the “Cruise Operations Coordinator,” you’ll be responsible for coordinating shore excursions, including land service bookings such as restaurants, guides, local coaches, special requests, etc. You will ensure timely confirmations within budget and maintain a high level of operational quality.

Candidates must possess full working rights in France, as we are unable to provide sponsorship for this role. Due to the operational requirements of the position, regular physical presence in the Paris Region is essential.

Start date:  as soon as possible.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate tours across France.

  • Check itineraries according to sales requirements, destination specifics, budget, and supplier conditions.

  • Choose efficient suppliers according to requests.

  • Prepare and confirm bookings for all ground services supplier categories and special arrangements for all types of tours.

  • Establish and maintain good relationships with all suppliers and sales offices.

  • Handle last-minute changes when groups are on the road, as well as emergency cases/calls reported by the tour leader or sales office.

We Are Looking for a Person With:

  • Fluency in English and French.

  • Extensive destination knowledge of France.

  • Knowledge in DMC/incoming/ground handling operations.

  • Experience in working with tourism product development.

  • Knowledge of American markets.
