ABOUT US
At Kuoni Tumlare, we deliver truly inspiring and innovative solutions and experiences that create value both for our Partners and Society at large. Our wide portfolio of products and solutions is built on 100+ years of destination management experience.
This role sits within Kuoni Tumlare Congress, our specialist professional congress organiser (PCO) and congress management team. Since 1985, we have partnered with international associations and scientific societies to deliver hundreds of impactful congresses across Europe and beyond, spanning large-scale in-person events, hybrid symposia, and virtual formats. In 2026 we celebrate 40 years of congress excellence.
Our clients and partners include scientific and industry associations, NGOs and international organisations, corporate and government bodies, and venues and convention bureaux. Many have worked with us across multiple congress cycles, some for over a decade – a reflection of our partner-first approach and our focus on tailor-made experiences rather than off-the-shelf delivery.
The Role:
Join Kuoni Tumlare's Congress team in Prague and own the content marketing strategy behind our international congress services. Reporting to the Head of Congress, you'll set the direction and run the organic marketing engine across our website, email, and social channels: shaping and evolving the content strategy, producing long-form articles and partner interviews, directing email and social media activity, and reporting on what works. Beyond delivery, you'll build things that do not yet exist, including a standardised approach to capturing marketing material from every congress we deliver and a central media asset bank that fuels future campaigns.
This position is perfect for a hands-on B2B marketer who wants genuine ownership rather than a narrow lane. You'll thrive here if you enjoy running multiple channels end to end, are comfortable designing processes from scratch, and know how to use AI tools to multiply what you can deliver. Digital marketing doesn't stand still, so we're looking for a lifelong learner: someone who follows how the discipline is evolving and brings new thinking back into their work. You'll have the support of an established content strategy and editorial guidelines to build on from day one.
As Content Marketing Manager for our Congress team, you'll:
Marketing strategy
Own the content marketing strategy for our congress services, spanning website content, email, and social media, setting direction and priorities and evolving the approach as audience behaviour changes.
Build on the established inbound content marketing framework, developing it into a rolling plan with clear objectives and measurable outcomes across these channels.
Ground decisions in audience insight and performance data, and present plans and results to the Head of Congress and stakeholders.
Content marketing and production
Lead the inbound content marketing programme for congress.kuonitumlare.com, delivering pillar and subpage content against your plan and refining the approach based on performance.
Identify, propose, and deliver additional content opportunities beyond the core plan, including partner interviews, case studies, and industry thought leadership.
Research, write, and edit long-form content to a consistent cadence (approximately two articles per month), following brand, tone of voice, and editorial guidelines.
Manage the full lifecycle of partner and interview content: outreach, interview, drafting, stakeholder approval, and publication.
Repurpose and adapt published content across formats and channels to extend reach and lifespan.
Apply AI tools effectively across research, drafting, and optimisation workflows to increase output and efficiency, while maintaining editorial integrity, factual accuracy, and brand voice.
Occasionally contribute copy for general website pages when updates are required, working within established design systems and copy standards.
Email and social media direction
Set the strategic and creative direction for email marketing, including article and case study promotions, ad-hoc announcements, and the quarterly newsletter, briefing execution to the teams responsible for delivery.
Define the social media approach for LinkedIn and X, ensuring every published article and case study is supported by planned promotional activity.
Own the content calendar across email and social channels, coordinating timing with article publication and business priorities.
Provide creative briefs, messaging guidance, and quality review to ensure all activity lands on-brand and on-message.
Reporting and analytics
Own reporting for all congress marketing activity across website content, email campaigns, and social media.
Track content performance using GA4 and Google Search Console, monitoring organic visibility, traffic, and engagement against the content plan.
Produce a regular performance summary for the Head of Congress, translating data into insights and clear recommendations.
Use performance data to inform content priorities and refine channel tactics.
Audience insight and targeting
Research and develop a clear understanding of the congress services customer: who they are, what drives their decisions, and how they evaluate and select partners.
Analyse how prospective customers research congress and event services, mapping the channels and touchpoints they use throughout their decision journey.
Use these insights to shape targeting decisions, informing which channels and formats to prioritise, what content to produce, and how to position it.
Media and event intelligence
Build and manage a central bank of media assets (photography, video, testimonials) for use across marketing activity, requesting media from congress events via operational teams and ensuring usage permissions are documented.
Design and implement a standardised approach for capturing marketing-relevant information from every congress delivered, covering event facts, outcomes, client results, and story angles.
Maintain this event intelligence as a structured, searchable resource that feeds case studies, articles, social content, and sales conversations.
Job Requirements
What You Need to Succeed:
3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with content marketing as a core focus.
Experience shaping and owning a content or channel marketing strategy in a B2B environment, with accountability for its results.
Full professional written English proficiency (C1/C2), with a portfolio demonstrating long-form B2B content.
Experience planning, directing, and reporting on email marketing campaigns; hands-on platform experience (e.g. Mailchimp) an advantage.
Working proficiency with GA4 and Google Search Console, able to translate data into insights and recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools effectively across research, drafting, and content workflows while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Strong audience research skills: you know who to speak to, what questions to ask, and where to look to understand a B2B audience, and you translate that insight into targeting and channel decisions.
Well-organised self-starter and lifelong learner, able to manage a multi-channel content calendar independently while staying current with digital marketing trends and developments.
Confident stakeholder skills, comfortable coordinating with sales, requesting input from operational teams, and interviewing external partners.
Desirable:
Experience managing B2B social media channels, particularly LinkedIn.
Strong understanding of SEO principles as applied to content.
Experience in MICE, events, association, travel, or professional services marketing.
Experience designing processes or frameworks from scratch.
Familiarity with structured data and GEO/AEO concepts for content discoverability.
