The Job:

Join Kuoni Tumlare’s Digital Team and support the management and organisation of content across our websites. In this role, you’ll focus on data entry and content updates, ensuring our blog articles, tours, and other digital assets are presented accurately and efficiently. This position is perfect for someone who values stability and enjoys a structured role with clear tasks and expectations. As Content Management Assistant, you’ll:

  • Upload, update, and organise content on our websites via the CMS.

  • Ensure all content meets formatting and quality standards.

  • Assist with maintaining a structured cloud-based content repository.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to collect and implement content updates.

  • Perform basic content checks and testing to ensure accuracy and functionality.

Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in data entry, content management, or a similar role.

  • Competent written and verbal English (B1 or higher).

  • Basic familiarity with content management systems (experience with WordPress or similar is a plus).

  • Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy is essential.

  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Basic understanding of HTML, specifically in relation to formatting web copy, is an advantage but not required.
