The Job:

We are looking for a person with Travel and Tourism industry experience to join our new Business Quality Assurance team and help us elevate the quality of our products to the next level. We are seeking someone who would be keen to learn modern web technologies and software testing skills and is passionate about quality, reliability, and efficiency.

As a Business QA Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining automated test suites for End-to-End processes, giving demonstrations to stakeholders and coordinating User Acceptance Testing.

Responsibilities

• Continuously improve test quality and reliability from a business perspective

• Analyse test results, identify root causes, and collaborate with product teams to resolve issues

• Validate workflows with a business-focus to confirm the solution meets business needs

• Provide clear and concise demonstrations to stakeholders

• Ensure that the UAT environment, data, and processes accurately reflect production conditions

• Prepare, coordinate, support User Acceptance Testing and manage issues based on business impact

• Actively identify opportunities to optimize testing processes and improve efficiency

• Learn and work with Playwright or Cypress (and other modern automation tools)

• Manage automated tests (UI, API, integration, end-to-end)

• 3+ years of business/UAT QA experience with a strong understanding of business processes.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a quality-first mindset

• Show awareness of the system structure to diagnose issues

• Self-driven, proactive, and able to take ownership of product quality

• Demonstrate agility in learning and applying new technologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Tour Operations or Destination Management

• Experience in software testing, ideally in a web-based environment
