About the Business / Function
Our Destination Management services form the core of our business. Together with our destination experts, our sales teams generate business and shape itineraries suited to our customers’ needs with real-time insider knowledge. We take care of everything from ground support, hotel bookings, sightseeing, restaurants, and local guides; all while providing 24/7 customer support so that travelers from over 50 countries can enjoy memorable travel experiences worry-free.
About the Role
About the Role
This role is to work closely with existing clients to maximize business opportunities, as well as explore and acquire new clients. The job holder is accountable for achieving budgeted actual GOP (gross operating profit) results, in line with sales revenue and margin targets as defined by the budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering queries, offering advice, and introducing new products and services to customers with a focus on Leisure, Premium Adhoc and MICE projects,
- Ensuring that a high standard of sales service is offered at all times in line with the client and our service-level agreements.
- Managing existing accounts and business development activities to grow and exceed sales and margin targets. Using commercial judgment on pricing and costing to maximize revenue and profit margin.
- Business development responsibilities: Account planning, budgeting and forecasting, profiling and segmenting. Following up on wins, including confirmation monitoring; cooperation with Sales Operations and collate agent feedback; following up on losses, including regular review with internal departments e.g. quotation hub.
- Attend and participating in regular internal sales meetings, providing recommendation on business strategy for responsible accounts/market.
- Ensure business transactions are in accordance with the company policies.
- Responsible for sales revenue and profit targets.
- Other duties as and when assigned by manager.

- Have good knowledge of destinations and tourist attractions in Europe
- Have computer literate with Microsoft Office applications
We Are Looking for a Person is:
- Ho Chi Minh City based candidates
- Diploma or above with at least 3 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing, Business developing in DMC, Travel / Tourism or related industry is an advantage
- Track record in establishing relationships with clients/travel agents or related authorities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese.
