We are currently recruiting in KUONI for a Accommodation Project Manager for the accommodation handling of a project mainly in German speaking countries to join our passionate team. We are looking for German and English Speakers.


The job is remote in Austria and all candidates must be based in Austria with full working rights.

Job Requirements


Key Responsibilities


  • Planning, budgeting, conception, organization and completion of the project.
  • Developing of client accommodation proposals together with the line manager.
  • Contracting suppliers and hotels according to the event requirements in close cooperation with the Regional Director.
  • Cost control and profit optimization.
  • On site management and support.
  • Database management, setup and updates in our event software.
  • Support the integration of sustainability into the project’s workflow.
  • Reporting to various stakeholder.

Job Requirements


To Succeed in the Role, You Should Have:


  • Previous experience/working knowledge in Hotel Operations, business development and project management .
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Excellent network with high relevance to the offered position.
  • Based in Vienna area with contacts with the hotel supply chains in DACH countries.
